Auctions in Thunder Bay, Ontario

Thunder Bay sits on the northwestern shore of Lake Superior and is the largest city in northwestern Ontario. Its remote location makes online auctions and timed sales especially helpful. Auctions common here include online timed auctions, equipment and vehicle sales, and estate and camp contents, and buyers often also follow sales in Kakabeka Falls, Shuniah, Oliver Paipoonge and Nipigon.

Our directory currently lists 2 auctioneers based in Thunder Bay, offering estate and online sales. Thunder Bay's distance from other major centres makes local estate and online auctions an important source of household goods, tools and outdoor equipment. Estate auctions around Thunder Bay can include whole households, so it helps to make a list of the lots you want and set a limit for each one. For online sales in Thunder Bay, read the pickup window before you bid; many auctions close in the evening and expect collection within a few days at a set address.
